A delivered application has to run, redeploy without stress and hold up against the most common attacks. I handle that on my own projects and on existing ones that were never industrialised.
Pricing on quote. No rate card: the price depends on the actual scope. After a first conversation, you get a written proposal with a fixed amount and a deadline.

One person, from the code to the server.
I do not stop at one layer. I design the interface, write the business logic, model the database, deploy it, and handle the security that comes with it.
That is a deliberate choice, not a lack of specialisation. On a project, most delays come from the grey areas: the front end waiting on an API, the API waiting on a schema, the schema waiting on a product decision. When one person holds all three, those grey areas disappear.
I have built SaaS platforms, websites, automation bots, desktop applications, an Android app and infrastructure tooling. Every time end to end, on my own, which means nothing was handed off to someone else when it got difficult.
Security is not a step added at the end. It lives in the way I model permissions, handle secrets and keep dependencies up to date. That is what prevents the unpleasant surprise six months after delivery.
I work remotely, in French or English, with technical and non-technical people alike. If your need is outside what I do well, I will tell you on the first call rather than waste three weeks of your time.

What people ask before signing.
How much does it cost?
Everything is quoted, because a rate shown out of context means nothing. After a first conversation you get a written proposal: detailed scope, deliverables, fixed amount, deadline. You know exactly what you are committing to before signing anything.
Do you really do both front and back?
Yes, plus the database, the deployment and the security. My public repositories cover both ends: interfaces in React and TypeScript, Laravel and .NET applications, PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, Docker and GitHub Actions pipelines. You can open the code and check.
Who owns the code?
You do, entirely, as soon as the final payment clears. Code is pushed to your Git repository throughout the engagement: you do not wait for final delivery to get access. No proprietary component locks you in.
What if the requirements change along the way?
That is normal and expected. Any request outside the initial scope gets a costed amendment that you approve before I start. Nothing is built, or billed, without written agreement.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. I start by reading the code and the infrastructure before committing to anything. Committing to a deadline without having opened the project means promising nothing at all.
Do you work on site?
Remote by default. An occasional trip within France is possible for a kick-off or a scoping workshop, to be agreed in the quote.
What happens after delivery?
Defects within the delivered scope are fixed free of charge for thirty days. Beyond that, a maintenance agreement is available: security updates, monitoring, small improvements.
